I made the arrangements through Molina Medical with confirmations to/from her doctors appt. They picked her up and when I asked about whether I needed to call them for the return pick up was told no, “that someone would be here to pick us up, after the appt” . After waiting for 1/2 hour, tried to call for a pick up and was on hood for 45 minutes, until my phone died. My Mom sat outside in the sun for over 3 hours, waiting for the driver to show up!!!!! I was able to made other arrangements through a friend to come and get us.
